AMTA Safety Tool Box provides all the necessary parts

Looking for a faster, easier way to submit your SECOR audit electronically? We suggest the AMTA Safety Tool Box.

For employers interested in obtaining further assistance in developing and implementing a health and safety management system that will satisfy the requirements of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program, as well as many of the contractor registries, the Safety Tool Box is an optimum way to go.

The toolbox, available 24/7, contains several Safety in Action video tutorials on topics like Creating Job Task Inventories and Performing Hazard Assessments, which help ensure your company understands health and safety requirements. The program will allow you to download the health and safety program folder structure and then find and download the policies and procedures that are applicable to your organization.

You will also find a section dedicated to assisting you in meeting the requirements of ISNetworld. ISNetworld utilizes audit and evaluation tools to increase transparency and improve the efficiency of the evaluation process for clients and contractors.

The toolbox also contains an online SECOR audit tool to assist you in completing and submitting your annual SECOR assessment. The COR/SECOR safety manual included with the toolbox includes best practices, legislative requirements such as hazard identification and evaluation and documentation including inspection records and statistical reporting.

Benefits of the toolbox include risk reduction, lower WCB rates, an improved operating expense, due diligence and a stronger, safer workplace.

The toolbox is available to AMTA members based on an annual subscription price of $ 395.00 plus GST for members and $795.00 plus GST for non-members – and is accessed through amta.ca.
