Member Services Resources
This guide has been prepared by Workers’ Compensation Board – Alberta, and AMTA, to assist employers with the tools and resources required for return-to-work and modified work requirements for injured workers.
In this paper, AMTA will outline best practices applicable to small, medium, and large companies. We'll cover three key areas: attracting potential employees, hiring strategies, and retention strategies.
AMTA has prepared this guide to addressing psychosocial hazards in trucking company safety programs as a way to assist individuals and carriers in addressing the psychological aspects of their safety programs.
Microlearn Library
The AMTA and partners have produced a number of micro-learn videos that seek to help to promote safety in the workplace. These bulletins can be used in tandem and can be added as supplementary resources on your company’s billboards.
