November 2022 Driver of the Month: Harwinder Khaira

Harwinder has been in the industry for 12-and-a-half years of which he has spent more than nine with Bison achieving an astounding 1,100,086 safe miles with a consistently low if not zero safety rating.

Harwinder started with Bison in 2013 as a company driver on turnpikes running Calgary to Edmonton before making the switch to owner/operator in 2014. He remained with the turnpike fleet until 2021 making the move over to the corridor fleets where he remains today. Speaking to other staff and previous managers, a consistent thread is apparent in the words used to describe Harwinder: confident, flexible, hardworking, dedicated, always willing to go the extra mile to support, sensible, and many many more.

Meeting with Harwinder is always a pleasure, as he has a way of putting you at ease and is always capable of expressing himself in a professional and confident manner which is always apparent in his work. He is always willing to work and is very punctual to make sure the day is successful not just for himself, but everyone involved.
