Effective: March 30, 2025, Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention: Key Updates for Employers, Supervisors, and Workers.
The COR/SECOR AMTA Partnerships Audit tool has been updated to combine violence and harassment into one question, following changes in legislation. While updates are being made to the current tool, auditors are allowed to provide auditor notes for only one of the violence or harassment questions while scoring both. For the other question, auditors should use the following phrase to avoid boilerplate responses.
Example: “See auditor note above for the justification of this question. This is due to updates in legislation and upcoming changes to the audit tool, which will combine the two audit questions”.

Description of Operations: Outlines the day-to-day activities, work processes, key positions, locations, and the nature of services the company provides, helping auditors understand the company’s operations.
Type of Work Conducted: A detailed overview of the primary services offered by the company, describing its core activities.
Type of Equipment: Lists the transportation and operational equipment used by the company.Key Locations: Identifies all significant operational locations, including warehouses, terminals, and offices.
Positions and Roles: Summarizes key personnel roles and their responsibilities within the company.
Specialized Training Requirements (if possible): Highlights positions that require specific certifications or specialized training to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Number of People Employed: Specifies the total number of employees working for the company, reflecting its workforce size and structure.Legal Name and Trade Name: Include the legal name of the company and any applicable trade name(s) it operates under.
