Job Seeker update

Late last year, we featured Wayne: an organized, dependable and self-reliant worker who was ready to embark on his next career chapter as a Class 3 driver.

We’re happy to share that Wayne completed a four-week Material Moving and Safety Training and Place with Eco Groundworks.

He received hands-on training, safety certifications, and practice doing the things he will be expected to do as a driver for a civil construction or landscaping company.

Wayne is already set to begin a nine-month TOJ with Eco Groundworks or one of their partners. The TOJ will provide him the necessary work experience needed in order to be more competitively employable as a Class 3 driver.

Let us know if you’re ready to hire a TOJ worker as a valuable addition to your organization!
