US CBP announces seasonal port openings

The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations have announced the summer hour schedules for Wild Horse, Montana and Chief Mountain, Montana.

Wild Horse will begin its summer schedule from 8 a.m. – to 9 p.m. daily starting May 15, continuing until September 30. Wild Horse is located 1.5 hours south of Medicine Hat via Alberta 41.

Chief Mountain re-opens for the season May 15 at 9 a.m. Port hours for Chief Mountain are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from May 15-31; 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. from June 1 to Sept. 1 and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Sept. 2-30.

Chief Mountain is located on Highway 17 in Glacier County, Montana, the CBP calls it a convenient route connecting travelers to Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park in Alberta from Glacier National Park in Montana.
