CALGARY, AB (April 30, 2025) — A special ceremony was held today at Western Women with Drive in Calgary to recognize 15 organizations joining Trucking HR Canada’s Women’s Leadership Accord.This brings the total to 29 Accord signatories to date, including the 14 organizations that joined at Women with Drive in Toronto in March.

The ceremony celebrated organizations committed to or with demonstrated excellence in concrete actions to recruit, retain, and support women, encourage their success, and showcase opportunities in our sector for a fulfilling career.

“We’re excited to welcome these organizations to the Women’s Leadership Accord and celebrate them being leaders in advancing the sector’s workforce,” says Angela Splinter, CEO, THRC. “These organizations are blazing the trail in attracting the best and most qualified talent – half of whom are female career seekers – and are vital to ensuring our sector remains competitive now and into the future.”
