Seven AMTA Carriers named to Top Fleet Employers Program

AMTA Carriers Bison Transport, SLH Transport, Canada Cartage, Rosenau Transport, Westcan Bulk Transport, Arrow Transportation Systems and Caron Transportation Systems were seven of the 52 Carriers named to Trucking HR’s Top Fleet Employers Program for 2018.

All applicants were rated on topics including recruitment and retention practices, workplace culture, compensation, training and skills development and innovative HR practices. For being recognized in the program from the last five years in a row, Bison Transport and SLH Transport have been honoured with a Top Fleet Employer of Distinction status.

“These 52 fleets demonstrate a commitment to strong human resources approaches,” said Angela Splinter, CEO, Trucking HR Canada. “We commend them for their leadership in showcasing the trucking and logistics industry as a great place to work.”
