British Columbia’s Vehicle Safety & Enforcement (CVSE) is conducting consultation on the potential amendments to Division 25 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations (MVAR). Division 25 of the MVAR outlines the requirements for vehicle inspection and maintenance programs, including standards for Designated Inspection Facilities and Authorized Inspectors. The potential amendments to Division 25 of the MVAR seek to modernize the current regulation while continuing to ensure road safety.
