These reflect our commitment to workplace mental health training, safety integration, and leadership development that equips individuals and organizations to not only survive challenges, but also move through recovery, healing, empowerment, resilience-building, and prevention. We deliver this work from the top down and the inside out, empowering leaders and teams to build and sustain strong mental health support from within. Kristopher is the CEO and founder of VĪV Mental Health and a dedicated advocate for mental health, connection, and community. A multi-disciplinarian, he is a Certified Psychological Health & Safety Advisor (Canadian Mental Health Association) and holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Psychological First Aid. Kristopher is also a passionate keynote speaker, Red Seal journeyman machinist, professional musician, stand-up comedian, and harm-reduction volunteer.
