Course Description

This 2-day course is designed to focus on the essential skills to be an effective leader in the industry. Leadership in Transportation is an important course for employees looking to enhance their existing leadership skills, learn new techniques and best practices surrounding communication, conflict management and bringing increased value to your team.

For Distance Learning Classes: You will receive an email a few days prior to your course with an invitation to the training and instructions on how to access your material. Please note that distance learning is still Instructor-led and you will be required to actively participate.

Course Fee

Member: $250 + GST
Non-Member: $500 + GST

Computer Requirements for Students

  • 2.0 GHz with 4.0 GB RAM
  • Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, the latest version of Google Chrome or the latest version of Firefox
  • Webcam
  • Microphone
  • Speakers / Headphones / Ear Buds
  • Ethernet cable internet recommended (wifi if ethernet not available)
  • Internet connection will need to support a minimum of 50-100 mbs download speed and 15-25 mbs upload speed however personal network speed may vary (speedtest.net)

Tablets have not been tested and may not be compatible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Course fees will be refunded upon request until ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled class. A $200 administrative fee will be applied to refund requests received with less than seven (7) business days to the scheduled class. No refunds are issued as of the scheduled class start date.
Cancellation Fee: $200.00; applied 7 day(s) before course start date.
