Heather has spent her career building and leading transportation and logistics businesses across Alberta and Canada. Through executive leadership roles with Caneda Transport and now Cole International, she has developed a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. Her experience leading teams through growth, change, and industry transformation has given her a practical perspective that she brings to board leadership and governance.
Professional & Volunteer Experience
Heather currently serves as President of Cole International, where she leads one of Canada’s largest customs brokerage and logistics organizations. Her role focuses on supporting long-term growth, strengthening customer relationships, and guiding the company’s operations across an evolving global supply chain environment.
Prior to joining Cole International, Heather spent more than 15 years with Caneda Transport Ltd., eventually serving as Vice President and General Manager. During her time there, she helped guide the company through significant growth, acquisitions, and organizational change while maintaining a strong focus on safety, employee development, and operational excellence.
