He understands what the team goes through day-to-day and consistently produces practical solutions that both satisfy their clients and meet—and exceed—the various compliance standards expected in this industry.

Ashish directs the company by championing and integrating cutting-edge technology and AI into all aspects of operations, safety, human resources, and overall business improvement. He scaled the company from one driver, one tractor, and one trailer to a fleet of over 500 power units and 850+ refrigerated trailers. The last 20 years have encompassed incredible growth, and the next several decades will continue in this direction.
